These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 2888pa ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the 2888pa website or its associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, bingo, instant-win games, promotional offers, and payment services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the 2888pa platform, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 2888pa platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 2888pa Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform.

Use of the 2888pa platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, or close family member of a 2888pa employee or affiliated partner organisation.
• You must not be self-excluded from any other gambling platform or under a voluntary exclusion order at the time of registration.

2888pa uses third-party identity verification services to confirm the age and identity of all account holders. Providing false date of birth information constitutes fraud and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 2888pa platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Your date of birth (you must be 21 or older)
• A valid Pakistani mobile number (used for account security and OTP verification)
• A valid email address
• Your city of residence within Pakistan

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2888pa account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account login is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 2888pa support immediately at the address provided on our contact page.

2888pa is required under its international gaming licence obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC is also conducted on accounts that show unusual transaction patterns, large deposit activity, or other indicators that require verification.

KYC documentation that may be requested includes:

All financial transactions on 2888pa are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to standard PKR transactions. The following payment methods are supported:

• Deposits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer
• Withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary based on your account verification status and transaction history. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

2888pa does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited from an account not registered in the player's own verified name will be returned and the associated deposit voided. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that payment methods used are registered in their own name.

2888pa offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 2888pa platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 2888pa platform without prior written consent from 2888pa.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2888pa's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2888pa shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, hardware failures, or telecommunications faults outside our control
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any nature
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, or platform outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers
• Any failure by a third-party payment provider (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions) to process transactions correctly

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

2888pa collects, stores, and processes personal data from Pakistani players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Your personal data is used for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management
• Processing deposits and withdrawals in PKR
• Fulfilling KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under our gaming licence
• Communicating with you regarding your account, promotions, and platform updates

2888pa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Provision of false identity information or failure to complete KYC
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies)
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure)

Upon account termination for breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to the outcome of any investigation. Accounts under active fraud investigation may have withdrawal access suspended for the duration of the investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact 2888pa support. Real-money balances held at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

These Terms and the relationship between 2888pa and its players are governed by the laws applicable under 2888pa's international gaming licence, combined with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Pakistani players retain consumer rights available to them under applicable local law to the extent these are not excluded by the licensing framework.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to the 2888pa support team in writing, clearly describing the issue and the resolution sought. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the Step 1 response, you may request escalation to the 2888pa compliance team. The escalated complaint will be reviewed and responded to within 21 business days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Body: If the dispute remains unresolved after Steps 1 and 2, you may lodge a formal complaint with the regulatory body under whose jurisdiction 2888pa holds its gaming licence. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available on request from the 2888pa support team.
